Sifu Michael Polydorou is the W.E.B.B.S. representative for Cyprus

I am honoured to have been asked by my instructor Soke Bryan Cheek, to represent our association in the sunny island of Cyprus and surrounding islands .Indeed I hope to carry on representing him, our association and the Jukushin Ryu family in the near future.

I am fortunate in that I have attended various Webb’s events and have met most international instructors and look forward to meeting all members to carry on developing and revising my skills soon.

I have the honour to be the Representative of Webbs/Jukoshin Ryu in Cyprus as well as the representative for Master Garry Mackenzie yip man Wing Chun combat system. www.thewingchunschool.com

I intend to teach both arts in Cyprus to honour both of my instructors, who I respect equally.

I am Currently doing my national service and I have applied for a hand to hand combat instructor's position as an officer teaching CFM 250 (CLOSE FIGHTING METHODS as devised by NATO/U.N OR Ju–Jitsu as we know it )

My aims are

to open and set up my own school in Regional towns of Cyprus in 2005 …whilst also revising my Jukushin ryu Ju Jitsu syllabus.
to develop my combat skills to the highest level, always willing to listen and learn to enhance my skills and abilities.
to promote and teach my reality based styles with in depth knowledge and attain master ship in my arts .
to build a martial arts training camp for seminars by 2006 to be used by my martial arts families
I have an open door to all members of the association and ask any one visiting Cyprus to contact me for suitable arrangements to be made.
to attain recognised military rank and promote the Jukoshinryu system within N.A.T.O. and to U.N.
to eventually apply my knowledge and skills to benefit all and study for a doctorate in a human physical sciences and military science (Human Logistics).
