Sergei Koblov is director of the Byelorussia Ju-Jutsu Federation and Minsk Budo Association and official representative of the Bushin-Kai International. Also he is member of the BKI international directors board.

Sergei is a direct student uchideshi of Renshi Evgeny Radishevsky, 5th Dan and often assists him for the seminars and Congresses.

For last 5 years Sensei Koblov has taught hundreds of students and 5 have become black belts. They help him and now teach in Minsk Dojo.

First of his assistants are Sergei Berezinets, 3rd Dan, Valery Evtushenko, 2nd Dan and Pavel Dyatko, 2nd Dan. All of these persons are WEBBS members also.

Sergei Koblov regularly organizes annually International Seminars in his country and has the seminars and test in different region of Byelorussia.

In 2000 he became World Elite Black Belt Society representative for Byelorussia. It was in the 1st WEBBS Convention in Barcelona, Spain.

Sensei Koblov is an International Black Belt Academy and Hoku Shin Ko Ryu Bu Jutsu World Federation representative and chief-instructor for his country. Sergei is a very popular teacher for the national and international seminars and Congresses.
Sergei is a well-known martial artist in the Soviet Union. He has black belt grade in Bushinkan Ju-Jutsu & Kobudo under Renshi Evgeny Radishevsky, 5th Dan and black belt grade in Hoku Shin Ko Ryu Ju-Jutsu under Hanshi Jan-Erik Karlsson, 8th Dan.
Also he is Master of History and well-known underwater archeologist. Sergei makes many research activities and has much official government gratitude for his work.
