Sensei Marc Gea Gregory

Birth date : 09/06/66

Marc started martial arts in 1983/4 studying judo & aikido, following a 5 year break he returned to his Judo studies in1989.

Marc was awarded:

Shodan in JUDO in 08/06/1997, under Senseď M.ETTALEB 5th dan
Shodan JU JITSU in 23/07/2000, by Senseď TOURE ( Senegal ) 6th dan ( President of the African Referee commission ) & Senseď G. GIRARD ( France ) 6th dan, adviser of the French Federation of Judo Ju-jitsu to the Royal Moroccan Federation of judo, Ju-jitsu ).

Marc was asked to promote and develop ju-jitsu in the south of Morocco gaining his Nidan in both Judo and Ju-Jitsu.

I was named Member of the national technical commission for ju-jitsu ( F.R.M.J.A.M.A ) & Responsible for the ju-jitsu refereeing standards & national instructor ( F.R.M.J.A.M.A ).

Marc was awarded his Sandan in Ju-Jitsu, February 2005.

Organiser of the first international seminar of ju-jitsu of Marrakech, (25/26 nov 2000) under Senseď Désiré DANIELI, 6th dan, National instructor and member of the technical national commission for ju-jitsu of the French Federation of judo and ju-jitsu.

Organiser of the second international seminar of ju-jitsu of Marrakech, ( 14/15 dec 2002) under Senseď Fernand CAPIZZI, 5th dan, trainer of the national French teams of ju-jitsu "fighting system".

Organiser of the third international seminar of ju-jitsu of Marrakech, in july 2003, under Senseď Eugene DOMAGATA, 6th dan, National Coordinator for Ju-jitsu of the French federation of judo, Senseď Fernand CAPIZZI 5th dan and Senseď Laurent THOMAS 5th dan, trainer of the national French teams of ju-jitsu "duo-system", with the participation of 25 athletes ( 7 world champions + 11 vice world champions )

Organiser and responsible of the first Moroccan championship of ju-jitsu in Marrakech in july 2003.

Organiser of many regional and national seminars of ju-jitsu in Morocco. Last one on 24/03/05 under Senseď Jean Claude BENEZET 6th dan.

Marc is currently teaching ju-jitsu in two clubs in Marrakech ( police & French institute ), and every week end at either regional or national seminars.

Marc is the General manager of « Le Grand Casino La Mamounia », the largest casino in Morocco, located in the famous Hotel Palace "La Mamounia" in Marrakech.

Marc is also a security consultant for many companies in Marrakech.
