Shihan Laurent Boucher is the W.E.B.B.S. representative for France.

1986: Begins practicing Martial Arts in karate and Ju-Jutsu under Shotokan Sensei Jacques Tapol world champion 1986.
Discovers other disciplines and styles such as the Nin-Jutsu, Kempo, Aiki-Jutsu.... and improves his knowledge with different master: Henry Plee 10th Dan Hanshi, Yamata Saigo 10th Dan Hanshi and it dedicates hours of training and invests all his time in the Martials Arts.

1996: Founded the CDRAM (Centre de Développement et de Recherche Des Arts Martiaux) - Centre of Development and Research for the Martials Arts.
Founder BUGEI KOKORO-RYU (MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL OF THE HEART ) his style Kokoro Ryu consists of several combined styles of Martial Arts.

1998: Sets a World Record for breaking with the top of the hand HAISHU UCHI.
He has trained many professional security personnel and bodyguards in the art of Self-defence.
