Renshi Tero Kukkonen is the W.E.B.B.S. representative for Finland

Renshi Tero Kukkonen

Renshi Tero Kukkonen has been training for 26 years in the art of combat sports/martial arts, of which he has done:

  • 4 years boxing
  • 22 years ju-jitsu since 1987
  • 19 years kickboxing
  • 16 years kobu-jutsu
  • 9 years kyoshu-jutsu

In this time he has acheived the following grades:

  • 1st Dan ju-jitsu in 1993, Sensei Derroll Connelly
  • 2nd and 3rd Dan goshin jutsu in 1998, Sensei Jorma Kivinen (Kodokan
  • Judo 7th Dan, jo-jutsu 1st Dan, the Head Coach in Finnish Judo federation in 80 �ies)
  • 4th Dan goshin-jutsu in 2005, Sensei Jorma Kivinen
  • 5th Dan ju-jitsu in 2007, Soke Bryan Cheek

 

Renshi Tero Kukkonen has been a teacher in ju-jitsu since 1990 in the Auvo Niiniketos dojo.

Renshi is an instructorfor of law-enforcement, he was the first law-enforcement trainer of Military Police in the Reserve in Helsinki in 90 �ies (95 and 96). He is also a Self-defence trainer of Stadin Sissit, a Club of Officers in the Reserve in  Helsinki in 90�ies ( 90-96)

CLUBS:

Renshi Tero Kukkonen is the founder of two ju-jitsu clubs in Finland, both of them are currently active:

  • -Fudoshin in 1994, daitoryu aiki-jujutsu,

  • -Martial arts Sports Club Ronin in 1996, goshin jutsu

Renshi  Tero Kukkonen is also the :

  • Chairman of Martial Arts Sports Club Ronin since 1996

  • Secretery of Finnish Goshin Jutsu Federation since it was founded.

  • WEBBS Representative in Finland since 2008.

By profession he is a teacher in Sports and Health education.
